  Oli leakage is one of the common fault problems in hydraulic system. Oli leakage may cause resource waste and environment pollution.   1.Design and Manufacture of the Sealing Slot

  There are two solutions recommended by Society of Automotive Engineers(SAE)to prevent port from oli leakage.①SAE O-ring parallel thread port:the seal adjoins to O-ring,connected by parallel thread;②SAE4 bolted flange:this kind of flange applies to the biggish port. Moreover,the choice of the seals is important.The surface roughness of static seal is Ra3.2~Ra1.6 while the motive one is Ra0.8~Ra0.4.

 

  2.Assembly

  The pressure-endurance of hydraulic elements should be tested. All interfaces of the elements should be checked whether there is external leakage or not. We must take corresponding actions to solve the problem once oli leakage appears.When hydraulic elements and hydraulic system are assembled,it is necessary to go through the process of strict cleaning,chip and welding slag removing and rust prevention.

 

  3.Sensor equipped

  Now some foreign companies are producing the sensors which can test the leakage rate of the seals. Equipped with this kind of sensors, the hydraulic equipments will achieve the goal of testing oil leakage intelligently.
